We never stockpile pre-roasted bags on warehouse shelves. Your beans are freshly roasted only after your order is received, sealed in airtight one-way degassing valved bags to lock in peak freshness, and dispatched promptly.

We believe in honest, transparent pricing. All retail direct-to-consumer orders ship at a flat rate of $5.00 standard ground delivery, whether you order a single 12 oz bag or stock up for your household.

Fulfillment & Transit Windows

Orders are collected securely and dispatched through trusted carriers (USPS Priority and UPS Ground). Standard delivery transit typically takes 2 to 5 business days, with accelerated delivery windows across Texas and neighboring states. Automated tracking numbers are emailed directly to you the moment your package departs.
