Resolution
Holy Roastin' Empire coffee is roasted to order. Once a bag is roasted, we cannot take it back for a change of mind, a change of grind, or a change of taste.
If the shipment arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong coffee or the wrong grind, we will make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the package.
We will replace the bag. If a replacement cannot ship, we will refund that item.
Opened bags are not refunded unless the error was ours: wrong SKU, wrong grind, or a roast defect.
